AI Advertising Agency: Ads in ChatGPT, Copilot and AI Search, Backed by AI Visibility
AI advertising agency for ChatGPT Ads, Microsoft AI Max and Google AI Max, plus GEO visibility. Audit from $1,500, management from 15% of ad spend.
In short
MOVE runs paid placements inside ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot (through AI Max) and Google’s AI surfaces, and works in parallel on getting AI assistants to name your brand more often when a buyer asks for advice. AI traffic converts several times better than organic search, because the visitor arrives after a conversation, not after a headline click. We do not sell rankings or positions; we contract on share of voice and assisted conversions. Pricing: AI visibility audit from $1,500, campaign management from 15% of ad spend, GEO as an add-on to an SEO retainer. Final numbers are agreed on the call.
The shift: buyers ask, they no longer search
For twenty years the buyer’s journey started with ten blue links. Now it increasingly starts with a question in ChatGPT, Copilot or Google AI Mode: “which CRM is best for a 30-person sales team”, “a dermatology clinic in Warsaw with English-speaking doctors”, “an accounting firm for a SaaS company with clients in the EU”. The assistant answers with two or three names. If yours is not among them, you were never in the running.
This is no longer a small niche channel. OpenAI launched ads in ChatGPT on 9 February 2026 (TechCrunch), opened the self-serve ads.openai.com platform on 5 May 2026 (Axios), and reached a $1 billion annualized run-rate by 31 August 2026 (PYMNTS). Microsoft rolled out AI Max globally in August 2026 (Microsoft Advertising), turning Copilot conversations into inventory that switches on inside any Microsoft Ads account.
But the more important number is what happens after the click. Independent measurements from 2026 show the same thing:
| Source | What was measured | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Opollo | Conversion rate of AI traffic vs organic | 14.2% vs 2.8% |
| Semrush | Conversion rate of AI-referred visitors vs organic | 4.4x higher |
| Ahrefs | Sign-ups per visit from AI sources | 23x more |
| Shopify | Conversion of AI-referred visits on product pages | nearly 50% higher |
The pattern is simple: AI traffic is roughly four to five times “warmer” than organic. The visitor has already described their situation, compared options and asked follow-up questions. They land on your site to confirm the choice, not to browse.
In practice, this changes the channel’s math. ChatGPT Ads saw a 0.91% click-through rate against roughly 6.4% for Google Search in the same sector: this is data from one Adthena client, reported by Campaign, and not a platform average. What matters most is cost per lead and cost per deal: when every visitor arrives with intent already formed, fewer clicks can still produce as many leads. That is why we judge the channel by leads and assisted conversions, rather than by traffic.
What we do
We split the service into three blocks. Most clients start with the first or second and add the third within the first quarter.
1. Paid AI advertising
- ChatGPT Ads. Sponsored answers and cards inside the conversation, labeled as ads, targeted by the topic and intent of the conversation rather than by keywords in the classic sense. Minimum budget is $25 per day, with a starting bid of $3 to $5 recommended by OpenAI’s help center. Expect fewer clicks than Google Search, but warmer ones. There is no agency manager account: your company verifies its own legal entity, country and currency are fixed permanently, and we are invited into the account as users. New accounts can initially advertise only in their country of registration; other supported countries open automatically once identity is verified and a required spend level is reached in the home country (OpenAI’s help center). Getting this set up right from day one matters, and we walk you through every step. See our step-by-step guide to launching ChatGPT Ads.
- Microsoft AI Max. The easiest entry point: a toggle inside your existing Microsoft Ads account, available globally to all ad accounts since August 2026. This is our recommended first step for any market, and the only direct paid route for companies registered in Ukraine.
- Google AI Max. Google does not sell placements in AI Overviews or AI Mode separately: ads from your existing Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns become eligible to show there automatically, and you cannot opt out of it or target that placement directly (Google Ads Help). AI Max for Search is a set of settings inside your existing search campaigns, which we additionally structure for AI surfaces, keeping everything under your control in your existing Google Ads account.
2. AI visibility (GEO)
Generative engine optimization, or GEO, is the work of getting the assistant to name your brand without paying for the placement. It is mostly off-site work. Roughly 85% of a brand’s AI visibility gets built off its own site, in media, directories, reviews, forums and YouTube (AirOps). Brand mentions on third-party sites correlate with appearing in Google AI Overviews about three times more strongly than backlinks do (Ahrefs).
What the work consists of:
- Technical access: according to Otterly.ai, 73% of sites have technical barriers for AI crawlers (GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot), including robots.txt blocks, CDN restrictions and JavaScript rendering issues. This is the fastest fix, and we check it first. The full checklist, including Bing indexing and IndexNow, is in our guide how to get your site indexed by ChatGPT.
- Extractable content: direct answers, tables, definitions, dated pages and numbers with sources. Freshness and structure matter more than length.
- Off-site mention building: placements in the directories, comparison articles, reviews and communities that the assistant actually retrieves for your category. Reddit is the most-cited domain in AI answers, according to Peec AI’s analysis of 30 million sources, and Reddit itself has reported removing an average of 100,000 automated accounts a day as part of its fight against bots. Only honest participation works here.
- Brand entity hygiene: the same name, description and facts everywhere the assistant might look.
3. Measurement and reporting
Clicks undercount this channel, because ChatGPT often names a brand without a link. So we report on two metrics you can hold us to:
- Share of voice: how often your brand appears in AI answers across a fixed set of commercial prompts for your category, month over month, against named competitors.
- Assisted conversions: leads and sales where an AI source appeared in the path, plus campaign-level CPC, CPM, cost per lead and revenue where the client’s analytics allow.
For tracking, we use established visibility trackers (Otterly, Peec, Profound) on top of your own analytics, so the numbers are reproducible, not agency-made.
Who this is for
AI channels pay off first where the sales cycle is long and the lead is expensive:
- B2B SaaS and software with evaluation cycles longer than a week
- Fintech and financial services
- Legal firms and consultancies
- Healthcare and clinics, including aesthetic medicine in Poland
- High-ticket e-commerce, where a single order justifies the cost of a click
- HoReCa with a defined city market, especially in Warsaw
- Real estate and relocation services
If you are a Ukrainian business: as of 25 September 2026, OpenAI’s help center lists 63 countries as available for self-serve advertisers, including Poland and the rest of the EU; Ukraine is not one of them. Two working routes exist. Either you advertise through a Polish or other European legal entity (our Warsaw team, in place since September 2026, handles this), or you start with Microsoft AI Max, which needs no such workaround. This is not legal advice: check any foreign-entity setup with a lawyer before you choose it. We will tell you which route fits on the first call.
How we work: four steps
- Audit (weeks 1–2). We run your category’s commercial prompts through ChatGPT, Copilot and Google AI Mode, record who gets mentioned and why, check crawler access, Bing indexing, content citability and off-site presence. You get a baseline share of voice, a gap list and a budget scenario.
- 30-day test (month 1). We launch paid campaigns on the channels that fit your market: usually Microsoft AI Max first, ChatGPT Ads where the entity allows it, and Google AI Max asset setup in parallel. At the same time, we remove technical blockers and ship the first content and placements.
- Scale (months 2–3). Budget shifts toward the prompts and placements that produced assisted conversions. Off-site work compounds: directories, reviews, comparison content, community mentions.
- Monthly report. One document: share of voice by prompt cluster, competitor movement, campaign metrics, assisted conversions, next month’s plan. No dashboards for the sake of dashboards.
What we do not sell
- Promised positions. Only about 30% of brands stay visible across two consecutive AI answers (AirOps). Anyone promising “top 3 in ChatGPT” is selling something they do not control.
- Schema.org, FAQ markup or llms.txt as a GEO service. A May 2026 Ahrefs study of 1,885 pages with added schema markup found statistically insignificant changes in citations: in Google AI Overviews they even dipped slightly, and in ChatGPT and AI Mode they barely moved. llms.txt remains optional file hygiene, not a lever for visibility. We do both as basic hygiene inside SEO work, and we will not invoice you for it as an “AI strategy”.
- Perplexity ads. Perplexity wound down its advertising program, according to Financial Times reporting from February 2026 (PYMNTS). If a proposal still lists it, the proposal is out of date.
- Fake community mentions. Astroturfing in communities undermines trust in a brand and scares off real customers; some communities, including certain Reddit ones, ban for it permanently.
Pricing
| Service | Global | Poland |
|---|---|---|
| AI visibility audit (one-off, 2 weeks) | from $1,500 | audyt od 6 000 zł |
| AI advertising management (ChatGPT Ads, Microsoft AI Max, Google AI Max) | from 15% of ad spend | od 15% budżetu |
| GEO add-on to an SEO retainer | added to the existing retainer | added to the existing retainer |
| Media budget | set by you; ChatGPT Ads minimum $25/day | same |
Final pricing depends on category, number of markets and budget scale, and is confirmed on the call. For reference: the 2026 market range is $1,500–7,500 for an audit, $2,000–8,000 per month for a mid-market retainer and 15–25% commission for campaign management. We deliberately sit at the entry of each range: we would rather earn the second quarter than overprice the first.
Proof we can point to
We are a full-cycle marketing and production agency with offices in Poltava and Kyiv and a team in Warsaw. We are a Google Partner and a Meta Partner, which means the paid-media side of this service runs on the same discipline as our search and social campaigns. Our own production team produces the video, visuals and written content that AI visibility work needs, so nothing is subcontracted.
Sector experience that transfers directly:
- B2B and fintech: work with Binokl and Adpay, both long-cycle, high-consideration categories where AI recommendations already shape shortlists.
- HoReCa and clinics: several years of campaigns for restaurants and medical practices, the two verticals where local AI recommendations (“best clinic near me for X”) already replace directory searches.
Our own site, move.marketing, is open to every AI crawler. We practice what we audit.
