User Data Deletion Instructions

The marketing agency MOVE Agency respects your right to privacy. If you have communicated with our Instagram Direct business account and wish to delete personal data that may have been processed by our internal automated reply application, please follow the instructions below.
What data is subject to deletion
- The content of messages you sent in Direct.
- Your public Instagram identifier and account name stored in MOVE Agency systems.
- Technical metadata of the conversation (timestamps, conversation identifiers).
How to submit a deletion request
- Send an email to new.biz.move@gmail.com.
- Set the subject line to: "Data Deletion Request — Instagram".
- In the body of the email, include:
- your Instagram account name (for example,
@username); - an approximate period when you communicated with our account;
- confirmation that you are the owner of the specified account.

Request Verification
To prevent the deletion of someone else's data without the owner's consent, we may additionally ask you to:
- send a brief confirmation message from your Instagram account stating that you submitted the request; or
- send a screenshot of your Instagram account settings clearly showing your
@username.
This step protects you from situations where another person could attempt to delete your history without your knowledge.
What we delete
We delete all records stored in MOVE Agency systems that can be linked to your Instagram account. Important to understand:
- Copies of messages in your and our Instagram Direct Inbox are governed by Meta Platforms settings — you can delete them yourself through the Instagram interface.
- Data that may have been transferred to third-party providers (OpenAI) for processing is deleted in accordance with their internal retention policies.
Alternative method — through Instagram
You can also delete the conversation history with our account directly in Instagram:
- Open the conversation with our account in Direct.
- Press and hold the desired message.
- Choose "Unsend" or "Delete".
This will remove the message from both sides of the conversation.
