Task
Dobrograd is a group of real estate developers building residential complexes and townhouse communities in the Kyiv suburbs, on the market since 2011. On paper, the brief was to run social media. In reality, the developer had no unified communication system, and its content risked defaulting to what the whole market posts: apartments and construction progress. The task was to build a recognizable style and make content interesting even for people who aren't looking for an apartment right now. Paid advertising is not part of the project.

What we did
We moved away from classic developer content (apartments, complex benefits, construction progress) and started working with broader topics that are interesting in their own right. They earn attention first, and only then do we tie the content to Dobrograd and its projects. High-quality filming, location work and presentation became a tool of their own, setting the brand apart from the typical developer look.
Approach and results
We built a systematic brand communication in place of scattered posts, updated the approach to content and shaped a more recognizable visual and editorial style. We noticed that numbers and facts work as part of the content itself: claims in a video backed by specifics earn more trust. Major occasions, such as Dobrograd's 15th anniversary, become a complete communication story rather than a one-off post.
